Who do you work with?

I specialize in working with kids, teens, and young adults (8+). I work with anxiety, mood disorders, chronic illness, adoption and foster care, big behaviors, and more. I have experience in the child welfare system, community mental health, and public schools as well as pediatric hospital work and private practice. I also provide support to parents and caregivers.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I am currently in-network with the following:

  • Aetna (PA and NJ)

  • Cigna (PA and NJ)

  • Carelon Behavioral Health (PA and NJ)

  • Quest Behavioral Health (PA and NJ)

  • As of 8/1/25: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (New Jersey Plan), Independence Blue Cross (New Jersey), Anthem EAP (NJ). Various other plans pending!

I can assist you with verifying benefits, as insurance is tricky and sometimes your plan may not fall under my credentialing!

How can I schedule?

Please note I am not always able to answer your outreach, but will respond within 24-48 hours.

Please note: I am available afternoons, evenings, and weekends. My daytime availability is limited. My extended hours allow me to support your kids and teens who are in school during the day.

Do you provide in-person therapy?

At this time, I provide telehealth services only- this allows me to be flexible and support you in the ways you need. This also allows for your sessions to be on your own time- be it on the phone, from the car, or from the privacy of your home or office. This is especially beneficial when it feels like a lot to get in the car and go to an office for session, or if your kid or teen just feels more comfortable in their own space.

What if my insurance isn’t listed as a plan you are in-network with?

I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am in the process of becoming an in-network provider with various other insurance plans. However, if I am not currently in network with your plan, you are also welcome to private pay and submit to your insurance for reimbursement as an out-of-network service. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to do this.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that life happens and schedules change, and I try to be as flexible as possible. However, because your session is reserved for you, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are responsible for the entire session fee.  Please reach out if you need to reschedule.
